Honestly, i want to saty here, but i cant seem to find any positions that could open up my name to the public. I could run for stuff, but there seems to be nothing to do. But i havent had a through look to be truthful.

There is much to be done here. Put in your name when the next election cycle comes around. Lobby for a cabinet position in the next Delegate's administration. Hell, run for Delegate if you want to.

I understand, but theres no real way to get acclimated to the region, its a baptism by fire. What would make yall, who more or less know everyone running, vote for some random guy who walked in from the street?

I actual have a question, are there actual branchs of the government directed towards foregin relations, or public affairs. Things along those lines?

Ok, i no longer wish for an answer to my former question. Ive been looking around and think i have figured it out. Honestly, the forum isn't dead, its just active through a few members who actually care and whish to make a change in their enviornemnt. Um to replace my other questions i have 2 different ones lol

1- When is the next election for congress or a cabniet position

2- How would i go about running for a position?

ok well i asked somone else this question but incase they are unsure of the answer,

can i be elected for a cabinet position and congress?

There are no rules about holding a cabinet position as well as a congressional seat. However, the cabinet is appointed by the delegate, not elected. The next election for congress is next Thursday I believe. You can announce in any way you dub appropriate.

Announce your intent a few days before the election and campaign like mad. I'm not sure the status of the bill but there may be two extra seats to run for.

ok well thanks for the heads up. If i have time i will prepare a speech and announce running next week. If not then i will wait n prepare for the next one. But i might enter my name anyway see how i do.
