This is a post to let all member nations read the laws or rules of the region. Please do not post anything here.

CWR is not allowed to recruit or spread false information in The Consevative Coalition. If he, any of his associates, or anybody from the True Conservative Coalition is caught breaking the Executive Order, it will be seen as an act of war, and further action will be taken.

All Executive Orders can be repelled by a majority vote of all the current WA member nations in the region.

The Conservative Coalition shall hereby appiont an elected congress to balance out the powere of the elected WA Delegate.

There shall be 3 elected members of congress, with the president of the congress being the current Vice-Delegate, who is appionted bt the WA Delegate,. The election will be held on the regional forum, on a seperate thread. All nations will simply post who they want to be in the congress, but are only allowed to vote once. The 3 nations with the most amount of votes shall be declared the elected congress. The election will be held 2 days after every WA Delegate election, there is no limit to the amount of terms you can serve.

Congress must have a 3/4 majority to pass any law, and then it most be approved by the current WA Delegate. If the Delegate vetos the law, congress can over pass the veto by a unanimous vote by every member of the congress.

In the event of a tie in the elections, the current President of the Congress will(the vice-delegate) will appiont the tied congress.

please edit this, if there are only 3 congress members would 3/4 be pretty impractical to have? I'd say a 2/3 majority is better

In order to prevent a tryannical government, any Executive Order or Congressional Bill can be over turned by a 70% majority of all WA member nations, and any government official can be impeached and removed from office by a 75% majority of all WA nations.
