Defcon 5: Normal Peace time, no password in place. people will be allowed in freely
Defcon 4: Peacetime, but entrance into our region will be monitored. (what happens when too many nations come in to debate)
Defcon 3: Entrance to our region will be moderatly monitored and non permanent residents will be watched as well
Defcon 2: A Regional Password will be put in place that will be visible to member nations, a regional crash team will be assembled and possibly deployed
Defcon 1: Non permanent residents will be ejected and a password will be created visible only to the the delegate and the founder, regional crash team will be deployed if not already.
